Dissertation is devotcd to the scientifically grounded conceptional bases and practical recommendations concerning the ways of increasing the efficiency of functioning the enterprises of vine-growing and wine-making subcomplex. The components of the realization of the mentioned ways were analysed. It was pointed to the expediency of their use in practice. The condition of vine-growing and wine-making and the peculiarities of vine and its processing products market functioning in Kherson region were analysed. The expediency of agroindustrial integrations expansion was based. It was suggestcd to go on to the creation of diversified agroindustrial associations with exclusive cycle of vine-growing and producing the products of its industrial processing.
