Ulyanchenko Y. Public regulation of the development of the agrarian sector of the region's economy

Object of research: the process of public regulation of the functioning and development of the agrarian sector of the region's economy. Purpose of the research: theoretical grounding of the conceptual regulations and working out the proposions on improving mechanisms of the public regulation of the agrarian sector of the region's economy. Methods: dialectical, abstract and logical, calculation and constructive, correlative, the method of economic analysis, economic and mathematical. Results: scientific and methodological provision of the mechanism of the public regulation of the development of economy's agrarian sphere has been improved. Novelty: the mechanism of the public regulation of supply of the regional markets of agricultural production has been introduced, the system of indices of estimating efficiency of the public regulation of the agrarian sphere development on the basis of the polycriterion approach has been improved. Degree of introduction: the results were used by the Central Administrative Board of Statistics while preparing the statistic annual manuel "Kharkiv region in the year 2003", it was applied in the educational process of KRI NAPA, it was accepted for usage by the Service of Land Resources of Kharkiv District, by the Chief Department of Agriculture and Food of Kharkiv oblast State Administration. Spheres of using: public administration, economy of agriculture, scientific researches, teaching in higher educational establishments.
