Essay

The dissertation is devoted to improvement of methods of treatment of patient's atopic dermatitis on the base of learning instead of blood cytokines and mediators and hormones, which can influence on their function. It was workout to the practice new method of treatment the patients with using cytokinomodelling chronotherapy. (local: use the ointment "Cortonitol-Darnitsya" only in the morning, but in the afternoon and in the evening - Indometacin; common: in the morning use Phencarol - 1 tablet during 20 days, in the evening, - Ketotifen the first 20 days - 2 tablets and then 20 days - 1 tablet, the next 30 days - 1/2 tablet), with allows reduction of terms of treatment (in with tradition medicine therapy) on an average for 12 days and to reach clinical manifestations or rather the reach on 93,4% of patients, omnipresence relapses on 86,7%.
