Essay

The dissertation is based on materials of inspection of patients with ischemic heart disease with the purpose of studying correlation of duration and a dispersion of interval QT at patients with stable angina with an ischemia, ventricular arrhythmias, end-systolic and end-diastolic volume of left ventricular, heart rate variability and an estimation of influence on prognosis. For the first time it is established diagnostic and prognostic value of the interval QT for an estimation of risk of revealing ventricular arrhythmias of grade IV by B. Lown and developments cardiac death, including sudden cardiac death, at patients with ischemic heart disease. An application field is a clinical medicine. The results have been applied in practice of medical institutions.
