The dissertation is devoted to working out of the theoretical propositions and practical recommendations concerning the ensuring of competitive ability of cooked meats manufacturers with the introduction of marketing devices conceptual approaches and competitive struggle methods. The nature of the marketing concept evolution, as an objective process, introduction of the conceptual marketing approaches in the enterprise are considered and revealed in the work. As the directions of marketing information the components of competitive ability of cooked meats manufacturers are defined; the estimation system of articles competitive position has been worked out; the marketing model of conducting the monitoring investigation of managing subjects and articles-competitors has been proposed; the scheme of the research of cooked meats consumption system has been worked out; the block-scheme of the structure of dossier - manufacturers components has been created.
