128 operated patients suffering from obturation colonic obstruction (OCO) have been examined. Before and during the operation the patients of the main group had decompression and sanation of large intestine adducting parts made, and during the postoperative period the patients had an irrigation made with the use of oxygenic solutions, sorbents. The application of this method made it possible to perform primary restorative operations 57,1 % patients. The endogenous intoxication parameters data analysis of patients, operated on in the postponed course, with applying primary anastomosis shows that patients of this group have significantly less evident endotoxicosis. The comparative analysis of the traditional treatment and that with the use of the proposed method demonstrated the advantage of the latter, which can be used in the treatment of OCO patients.
