The dissertation is devoted to improvement of results of surgical treatment of the patients with the complicated forms acute adhesive bowel obstruction. For the first time with the purpose decompression intestines the multifunctional probe allowing besides the basic function drainaging to carry out also monitoring of parameters function intestines - рН metrics, measurement intratransmission of phase pressure and phase motorics intestines is applied. The dependence of changes of parameters central haemodynamics, markers internal toxication in blood, рН intestinal of contents, phase intratransmission of pressure, motorics intestins from a degree of weight intestinal of impassability is revealed. Is developed intratransmission medical programme, including a complex of measures directed on struggle with internal toxication on a background syndrome internal of insufficiency. The indications to the most rational application and dosage internal oxygenation, enterosorbtion, early internal intraprobe to a feed,eubiotics, procinetics are developed depending on parameters of central haemodynamics, markers toxication, indications of a level of restoration of functions bowel tract. In work proved, that the offered algorithm of a choice of a method of surgical treatment allows to optimize medical tactics and to lower quantity postoperative complications, repeated operations, lethality in 2 times.
