3. This research explores the following issues: the theoretical bases of financial stability management, current state of financial stability of trade enterprises in Ukraine. The research of the improvement of financial stability management of trade enterprises was also conducted. New theoretical approaches to financial stability management of trade enterprises are substantiated in the thesis. Specific proposals on the improvement of financial stability management based on the system of informational provision and development of models of financial stability management are worked out. The basic results of the research have been applied by Ukrainian trade enterprises and used in scientific researches of department of economy of entrepreneurship of KNUTE
