The dissertation is devoted to research of problems of marketing communication efficiency of commercial banks of Banking system of Ukraine. Main factors that decrease marketing communication efficiency taking into account differentiated approach for different groups of banks are determined. New indications of segmentation of bank customers by reason of their potential value for bank, approaches to the creation and provision of bank integral marketing communication, system of estimation of marketing communication efficiency indices, directions of improvement of guaranteeing of national banks' marketing communication activity have been suggested by the author
