Surovaya G. Antistress active of blokators renin-angiotensin system

The dissertation is devoted to experimental study of influence inhibitors of renin-angiotensin system in the condition of the emotional stress on functional parameters and structure by laboratory animals. In experiment showed, that single intrastomach introduction by captopril, enalapril, lozartan on second day of model by emotional stress before 1-2 hour to finish of stress accordingly their pharmacokinetiks special, secure power antistress effect on central nervous system, cardio-vascular system, vegetative regulation and oxidizing metabolism. On this foundation preparats can used by cardiovascular diseases of stress origin. It was shown, that by combination of learns preparats with other antihypertension means possibility to depend not only on potential of antihypertension effect, and on defence from their widely foxical action
