The preparative metohods for obtaining have been proposed and the synthesis of 1-R-4-amino-2-oxoquinoline-3-carboxylic acids, their esters, amides hydrazides and aryledene-hydrazides, as well 3H-1R-4-alkyl-(aryl0-amino-2-oxoquinolines have been synthesized. The pharmacological screening the substances synthesized has been conducted. Etthyl 1H-2-oxo-4-(2-oxoethylamino)-quinoline-3-carboxylate has been recommended for profound resech as potential anti-inflammatory drug.
