Manuscript is the research of monograph level of the questions, connected with criminalistic description, discovery, planning, and organizing of investigation, investigating situations, peculiarities of realization of different investigating actions, using special knowledge in investigating of illegal interference into the work of computers, systems, and computer-net. The result of the research is forming of propositions about the improving of law enforcement body activity in struggle against illegal interference into the work of computers, systems, and computer-net.
