Thesis is devoted to the decision of a problem of medical and social expertise improvement in essential hypertension (EH). On the basis of complex examination of 94 patients, there was defined that EH on II stage is characterized by variety of structural and functional changes in cardiovascular system that is evidence of its clinical and pathogenic heterogeneity and determines different approaches to disability estimation.
