Essay

Object: process of use and savings of energy and its carriers in activity of the agricultural enterprises. Aim: a substantiation of organizational and economic foundations measures directed on increase to an economic efficiency of use of power resources and stimulation energy saving in an agriculture. Methods: abstract - logic, monographic, experimental, graphic etc. Results: the developed offers both recommendations assist energy saving and effective utilization of power resources in the agrarian enterprises. New ness: the set of the factors is generated which are basic at formation of effective politics energy saving in an agriculture; have received the further development theoretical rules of formation of a power subsystem AIC; It is offered as object of the analysis use and preservation of energy in economic systems to use concept "energy potential", the classification of kinds of an energy potential and basic principles of construction of system of parameters of measurement and estimation of efficiency of its use is developed; the concept "of an energy potential of the agricultural enterprises" is specified, its are determined compound, structure and features, and also factors, which influence size and efficiency of use of the given economic category and the system of parameters for an estimation of size of an energy potential of the enterprises of agrarian sphere and level energetic efficiency of their functioning is developed; Have received the further development the concept of power management and principles of tax stimulation of rational use of power resources in agrarian sphere of economy of Ukraine.
