The dissertation concerns the working out of simple in the performance, unified spectrophotometric methods of quantitative identification of medicinal substances which contain initial aliphatic amino group, or which are salts of weak organic acids on reaction with 1,3-dimethylalloxan, 4-nitro-, 4-brom- and 3-nitroderivatives of benzoilhydrazon-1,4-benzoquinonoxym which have not been used in the pharmaceutical analysis till now. During investigations optimum conditions and analytical characteristics of reactions of the mentioned reagents with medicinal substances were studied, content and a chemical structure of products, tested by photometry, as well as possibility to use given reagents as detector reagents in chromatography research of investigated substances in substance and in dosage forms were investigated.
