Essay

Dissertation is devoted to elaboration of recommendation for diagnostics of posttromboembolic pulmonary hypertension in patient with concomitant ischemic heart disease and various EF LV. Dissertation is also describing usage principles of vasodilatators of different pharmacological group during the prolonged observation of such patients. Prolonged (during 2 years) therapy of patients with PTEPH in combination with IHD and various EF LV promotes a decrease of PASF, improvement of systolic evacuation of RV, firm stabilization of its remodeling, improvement of the myocardial constrictive capability and diastolic function of both ventricles.
