Peretyatko H. Improvement of therapy of gestation anemia before deivery for prevention of postpartum complications

The work is dedicated to retrieval of new methods of gestational anemia therapy of the eve of accouchement in order of reduce postpartum complications. It was determinate, that anemia of pregnancy in light degree proceeds with fetoplacetal insufficiency, that is confirmed by results of placenta ultrasonic. morphological analysis and by fetus cardiotokographic examination. It was elaborated scientifically justified schema of therapy and proved its safety for mother and fetus on basis of histological, morphological analysis and cardiotokographic examination. The introduction developed by author of anemia therapy schema on the eve of accouchement has permitted to decrease the quantity of postpartum anemia, hypogalactia, frequency of pyoinflammatory complications and contributed to the augmentation of breast feeding period.
