The work is devoted to the question of decline of frequency of fetoplacentary insufficiency in pregnant with varicose disease. Some aspects of pathogenesis of fetoplacentary insufficiency in such patients are specified. The scientific based scheme for treatment of pregnant with varicose disease is invented, that allowed to reduce the frequency of fetoplacentary insufficiency in 25,8%.
