Object - 233 patients with with IHD with different body mass; aim - increasing the effectiveness of treatment IHD of patients with different body mass,elaboration and inculation of clinical diagnostic and medical algorithm; methods - clinical, instrumental, laboratory; novelty – firstly current of IHD depending on body weight, different dose regimes of metoprolol in combination with simvastatin had been learnt; results -determined the clinical more difficult current of IHD of patients with overweight, the combination of metoprolol with simvastatin promotes preventing complications and fast stabilization of IHD, the dose of means of standard therapy must be selected depending on body weight; all the thesis have been introduced in training and medicine practice; the field is medicine
