Essay

The paper deals with the specific peculiarities of developing moral culture of higher military school students. The pedagogical importance and effectiveness of the theoretical model of developing moral culture of would be officers is experimentally checked. The peculiarities of introduction of the main principles of the Code of officer's honor into military and pedagogical activities are determined. The usages of national and cultural traditions, battle experience are described in the paper in question. On the basis of the model worked out the process of developing moral culture of military school students. It is determined that moral culture of the future officer is the result of moral education and qualitative characteristic of moral development, which is determined on the three stages: the culture of moral consciousness, the culture of moral feelings and the culture of moral behavior. The process itself and pedagogical conditions of its fulfillment are defined and experimentally proved.
