Essay

In the dissertation the structural changes in substance and in environments of brain have been investigated through computer tomography or magnetic resonance scanning and echoencephaloscopy. Hemodynamic breaches at the investigated patients were diagnosed with dopplerography and rheoencephalography. The functional condition of brain was investigated by electroencephalography. By the results of the research the neurological clinical and paraclinical features of posttraumatic asthenic syndrome and its variants were revealed. The features of asthenic syndrome were determined depending on presence sinistro- or dextrohemispheric structural changes of brain. The circuit of complex treatment of the investigated patients was submitted depending on variant of asthenic syndrome. The main results of this investigation have been provided into a complex of clinical and instrumental examining of the patients with asthenic syndrome in the remote period of minor head injury.
