Gubar Y. Cadastral multifactor assessment of urban land

The object are methods for integrated cadastral multifactor assessment of the urban land for the land cadastre and the urban cadastre; the aims are develop the methods a cadastral multifactor of the estimation of the town lands for improvement of the money normative estimation; the methods are an analysis of the condition of the estimation of the cost of the town lands, correlation analysis result experimental studies, generalised analysis legislative that normative acts of the Ukraine; theoretical and practical results - an improvement existing methods of the estimation of the town lands, determination factor influences upon cost of the lands, motivation of the necessary amounts of the payment for use the lands and system development credit subject of the lands; the new approach - a motivation of the scientific approach and development of the mathematical algorithm of the methods payment a cadastral multifactor estimations of the town lands, use the methods of the expert estimation at analysis given factor about value of the complex estimation of the cost of the land; the methods for the expert assessment and integrated land value data analysis are also developed, it is shown that the urban land cadastral assessment should be represented by the set of integrated indices: economic, environmental, and town-building; all this thesis has been developed of Management natural resource regulations land relations Lvov city council and Regional centre of the refresher course and increasing to qualifications engineering-technical personnel for registration of the land, real estate and its estimations; the field is a cadastre and land monitoring.
