Bondarenko N. Development of the personal peasant farms in the context of the labour potential use

The thesis is devoted to the studying and developing of the theoratical states methodical and practical recommendations for the organization of country population employment on the soil plots and the peasants, who joined their allotments to their soil usage and are burning having no juridical status. The essense of the category "self-employment" with respect to the personal peasant farms and the indicators system of self-employment for these farms are determined. The present state and the tendency of development of private peasant farms were being investigated. The problems of the organization of employment in the private peasant farms were determined. The production budget of labour input and cash expenditure were worked out. The methodical approaches to the determination of optimal structure of production in the private peasant farms depending on their soil usage have the farther development. The expenses of time on the work of private farms were determined. The recommendations for decreasing the labour intensity of products in the private peasant farms were determined.
