Essay

The dissertation does research in one of the most important problems dealing with junior specialists training in engineering subjects in modern agrarian vocational scools. The author investigates the contents, forms and methods of training and analyses pedagogical conditions of its realization. The model of training junior specialists while teaching them engineering subjects in agrarian vacational schools was devdloped. It helped to determine and analyze the levels of the students' readiness for their future professional activities. The introduction of the mentioned model is determined by the complex of internal and external factors, which realization are implanted into practice under certain conditions. The author determined the productive teaching as an educational process that had effective training technologies, the variety of which fostered the development of general skills and abilities.
