The dissertation is devoted to the study of being of health of fetus with big weight and their mothers Application during the І-ІІІ trimesters of pregnancy of pectins,hepato-protectors warns development of macrosomia in 33% cases, with reduction of development of gestosis,anemia during pregnancy, obstetric complications during births and birth of children without the displays of ante, -intranatal hypoxia.
