Skudar R. Re-structuring of manufacture in conditions of reforming of the enterprises of heavy mechanical engineering

The dissertation is devoted to research of ways and methods of re-structuring of manufacture at the enterprises of heavy mechanical engineering in modern conditions. In the project the role and the place of re-structuring of manufacture are determined during reforming the enterprise. Features of the life cycle of the market and its distinctive attributes in comparison with the life cycle of the goods are revealed. The rational structure of industrial production in which the conducting place is allocated to mechanical engineering is proved and classification of the basic directions of re-structuring of the enterprise and factors which have an influence on the re-structuring of manufacture is lead. Separate ways and methods of the sanction of uncertainty of market attitudes are described with the purpose of differentiation of essence and the maintenance of organizational and administrative processes in the machine-building manufacture. The investment model of reproduction of a fixed capital of the enterprise is generated and the technique of optimization of parameters of efficiency and an estimation of investment strategy of the enterprise is developed. Methodical recommendations on the organization of process of reproduction of a fixed capital are prepared on the basis of continuous investment streams, that as a whole allows to establish quantitative and qualitative interrelations between parameters of movement of a fixed capital, the cost price and profitability of let out production. The basic results of work have found practical application and approved at the industrial enterprises of Donetsk region, in regional and republican controls by a national economy of the country.
