Essay

The dissertation is devoted to research of theoretical and practical aspects for normalization of enterprise's at the coal-mining fields. Necessity of development of coal-mining enterprises is proved. Its positive and negative aspects of management are investigated. The contents of stages of process of making management decisions about choosing the effective directions and methods of normalization procedure. Me-thodical recommendations concerning improvement of the organization and eco-nomic mechanism of the enterprise's management and its realization have been worked out. The peculiarities of productive and finance activity of the enterprise is considered. The strategy of its development is elaborated. The main results of the thesis investigations were applied in work of coal-mining enterprises.
