Khanyukova I. Medico-social rehabilitation of the disabled due to hypertension.

Dissertation is devoted to the questions of optimization of medico-social expertise and rehabilitation of the disabled due to hypertension. The main factors and objective findings which cause a primary disability due to hypertension are revealed, the peculiarities of this cohort of the disabled are defined. It is proved that in hypertension the disorders of the following kinds of vitl activity as: ability to self-service, independent movement, labour activity and studies are observed. The worked out main principles of medico-social expertise and making an expert dicision in hypertension present a complex evaluation of a patient's state, defining of categories and stage of his/her vital activity limitation, revealing of social inadequacy and criteria of one or another disability group. It was determined that in compiling of basic programs of rehabilitation of disabled due to hypertension the means of patients' stabilization and its conrol, which are directed at renewal of such categories of vital activity as self-service, independant movement, labour activity and studies are of prime importance. The worked out principles of medico-social expertise and formation of basic programs of rehabilitation of the disabled give possibilities to use algorhytm of taking expert decisions and formation of variants of individual programs of rehabilitation taking into account the course of the diseases, functional disorders, professional, social-environmental status of a disabled due to hypertension into the practical activity of public health organs.
