Sovgira O. Legal status of parliamentary opposition (comparative law analysis).

Thesis is one of the first monographic researches in Ukraine, specially dedicated to the analysis of legislative status of parliamentary opposition. Author gives general concept of parliamentary opposition, concept of parliamentary opposition in Ukraine, concept of oppositional Cabinet of Ministers in Ukraine; analyzes the development of politic-legal thought considering the formation of conception of parliamentary opposition in it; gives theoretic-legal basis for the concept of the term "parliamentary opposition" in constitutional law of Ukraine; analyses the legal status of parliamentary opposition in foreign countries; examines the question about formation and perspectives of legal regulation of the status of parliamentary opposition in Ukraine. On the basis of the conducted research the project of law, containing the regulation of legal status of parliamentary opposition in Ukraine (in particular, rights, duties, responsibility of parliamentary opposition etc.), was elaborated by author.
