Siomina V. Problems of both as legislative regulation and practice of trial of administratively legal disputes

The thesis deals with examination of problems of trial of administratively legal disputes administratively and judicially, procedural questions of activity of administrative courts in Ukraine. In the thesis peculiarities of administrative procedure and kinds of administratively legal disputes, which are settled by courts, are examined. In the thesis a system of principles of administrative procedure is given and its content is revealed. It is given proposes of adoption and use of experience of legislative regulation of order of settlement of publicly legal disputes in foreign countries for improvement of mechanisms of settlement for this category of disputes in Ukraine. Author's vision of solving of organizational and legal problems concerning creation of administrative courts in Ukraine is represented. In the thesis it is also given proposes of improvement of legislation
