Object - optimization of treatment sick of an arterial hypertensia; methods - clinical, instrumental (daily monitoring of arterial pressure, daily monitoring of variability of an intimate rhythm, an echocardiography and dopplerechocardiography); novelty for the first time, on the basis of complex research rhythmological and quantitative parameters of a daily structure AP and variabilities of an intimate rhythm, are studied factors desinchronoth, causing morphological and physiological changes in an organism at sick by an arterial hypertensia; influence sinapril, amlodipin is studied, both at monotherapy, and in their combination on a daily structure of arterial pressure and its interrelation with changes of intraintimate geodynamics and a structurally functional condition of a myocardium; indications to use inhibitor AСЕ spirapril and the antagonist of calcium amlodipin in a mode chronotherapy, depending on a daily structure AP and variabilities of an intimate rhythm are developed.
