The dessirtation is dedicated to the toxico-hygienic evaluation of industrial strain of phagus Penicillium vitale Pidoplitschko et Bilay, that is a producer of antibiotic of microcyde and glucosooksidase ferment and influence of biopreparations protection to the environment with development of the control complex. It was experimentally proved that glucosooksidase IV strain of phagus Penicillium vitale revealed immunotoxic influence like sensibilization and imunization, disbiotic influence and ability of dissemination in internal organs of laboratory animals, and didn't have irritative influence on mucous tunic of eye. It was sientifical proved MAC phagus Penicillium vitale in air of working area in the level of 5o103 spores/m3 with taking into account the threshold of harmful influence.Methods of microbiological definition of researches Phagus spores' concentration in working area were worked out and put into practice.
