Crisenco O. Activity of organs of local self-government in providing of transport services

The object is the administration system of the transport services provision of the town population by local authorities. The objective is the scientific justification of the approaches, methods and forms of the local authorities activities aimed to the provision of transport services aimed to the satisfaction needs of the town population and raise of the efficiency of the town transport system functioning. The methods are systematic, functional, statistic analyses, imperative, dispositional, marketing. The newness is that the modeling of the transport services market has been done; the model of the transport provision system of the town population has been scientifically proved. The results are that the approaches to the characterization of the complex transport and technological schemes of the town transport have been scientifically proved; the strategies of the town communal transport development have been justified; the new methodology of the social and economical potential assessment of the town transport has been suggested
