Mazak A. Educational branch management under condition of the formation civic society in Ukraine: regional aspect

The object - the process of the the collaboration between system of Educational Management and civil society. The objective - is scientifically-theoretical motivation main aspect interactions managerial system of education with civil society. The methods - are system-analytical, historical, logical, statistical, software-target, modeling, generalization. The newness - is for the first time realized analysis of the perception of the reforms and democratizations of management by workmen of local level educational boards on base of the sociological study; the conceptual approaches are offered to development of the models state-public educational management on regional level with provision for needs and requests of civil society; defined the certain criteria of the estimation quality granting the management services by local organs of public administration. The results - is evaluated condition of the reshaping the educational area in Ukraine through prism interest civil society; are determined strategic landmarks of the introduction state-public educational management, on regional level in the first place, where management model of the interaction is realized in sphere of the secondary education.
