The research is devoted to the studying of the psychological peculiarities of the teacher's professional stress and the development of preventive means against the appearing of the future teachers' professional stress by rational-emotive means. The psychological peculiarities of the teacher's professional stress were learned, in particular its intensity and the specific features of its origin. The preventive system against the appearing of the future teachers' professional stress by rational-emotive means is developed and tested.
