Sunychuk M. Clinical and diagnostic feature of pain lumbar-sacral syndromes during use underwater vertical method in complex treatment

The dissertation is devoted to the study of clinical, neurovisual and electrophysiologycal features of pain lumbar-sacral syndromes during use underwater vertical traction method in complex treatment. It was detected that rate of regress of pain feelings at the pain lumbar-sacral syndromes depends on previous disease duration, degree of pain expression and complex of medical measures. There wasn’t found out correlation between positive clinical dynamic and MRI-phenomena changes during use underwater vertical traction method in complex treatment of pain lumbar-sacral syndromes. It confirms the assumption that degenerative changes of spine are pathological background but not a direct reason of origin or sharpening of pain lumbar-sacral syndromes. Use of underwater vertical traction method during complex treatment of pain lumbar-sacral syndromes increases the effectiveness of medical measures.
