Tereshchenko A. Health Status of Girls Fathered by Liquidators of Chernobyl Accident Consequences, at Various Stages of Puberty

The work presents the results of studying the state of psychosomatic health in girls fathered by liquidators of Chernobyl accident consequences, during the girls' prepuberty and puberty. There were determined: the level of physical development, pathological incidence, the structure of the diseases, morphofunctional changes in internal organs, the point of the pathology onset and the character of its course, some peculiarities of psycho-emotional response and the state of some findings of oxidant-antioxidant system. With the help of clinical and hormonal investigations there was estimated the sexual development of the girls. Relationships between findings of the health state and sexual development, as well as their role in pathogenetic systemogenesis of the organism were analyzed. The methods of prophylactic medical examination of such patients depending on the stage of their sexual development were upgraded.
