Shutenko T. Methodical basis of projecting logistical system of goods delivery (at the example of oil and oil products)

The object is logistical system of cargoes delivery, the aim is improvement of efficiency of transportation of oil and oil products by means of development scientifically justified methods of organization and functioning of logistical systems; methods - system approach, method of formalization and modeling, theory of transport management, project management, logistics theory; novelty - it has been firstly explored new complex of problems using system analysis and logistical interaction of members of oil and oil products delivery process. This complex of problems has been developed on basis of well known principles of logistics, the complex consist of problem of synthesis of functionally-topological structure of the system, problem of rational organization of the structure and functioning of logistical system of oil and oil products delivery, it has been determined volume of the material flow of logistical system which correspond to functionally-structure link of factories taking into account rational use of their capacities and need for system's development; during further development it has been explored feasibility of use logistical center as main coordinating organ of logistical system of oil and oil products delivery which should stimulate development of integration processes within the system; it has been applied in companies Dias Co. Ltd., Odessa and Diamant Co. Ltd., Odessa; area of use - sea transport.
