Scientific work is devoted to studying of features of clinical current of pregnancy, sorts and conditions of newborns at women with hyperandrogenia in the anamnesis, and also development on the basis of the received results комплеса treatment-and-prophylactic actions. The received results have allowed to expand the available data about patogenesise hyperandrogenia and functional infringements in system mother - placenta- born. The role dysgormonale changes and infringements of synthesis of placentary fibers in genesise complications gestational process is shown. A quality monitoring behind clinical current of pregnancy that a functional condition feotusplacental are offered to a complex at women with hyperandrogenia. Practical recommendations on decrease obstetrical and perinatal pathologies at women with hyperandrogenia are developed and introduced on the basis of use of complex medicamentous therapy.
