Scientific work is devoted to studying of features postovarioectomy a syndrome at women, operative concerning boundary tumours ovaries and development on the basis of the received data of a technique of their preventive maintenance. Comparative aspects of clinical current of the early and remote postoperative period, and also terms of development and the basic clinical displays postovarioectomy a syndrome are investigated. For the first time the estimation endocrinological and the psychological status, a system hemostasis and morphological features at women, operative concerning boundary tumours ovaries is lead. The technique of preventive maintenance postovarioectomy a syndrome is scientifically proved and developed on the basis of use antigomotoxicale therapies.
