Myasoid H. Pedagogical conditions of development of communicative culture of social inspectors in skill improvement process

The object is development of communicative culture of social inspectors. The objective is to ground and to check up experimentally pedagogical conditions of development of communicative culture of social inspectors in skill improvement process. The methods: theoretical, empirical, statistical, pedagogical experiment. The results: for the first time pedagogical conditions of development of communicative culture of social inspectors were substantiated, criteria and their indices of social inspectors' communicative culture development were improved; levels of development of social inspectors' communicative culture were characterised, new definitions were introduced into circulation - 'communicative culture in social sphere', 'communicative culture of a social worker/social inspector', theoretical groundings of development of communicative culture of specialists got further systematisation.
