The dissertation is devoted to improvement of methods of treatment of children patients of eczema and neurodermit on the base of learning instead of blood main of system neuropeptides (P substantiate, beta-endorphin, met-enkefalin, ley-enkefalin) and other mediators inflammation (prostaglandins E2 and F2-alpha, leukotrien B4), that generated under influence which by their. It was workout the method neuropeptidomodelling therapy (Diosmectit and Echinacea purpurea - internally, ointment "Mefenat" - locally), that recover investigation mains the abovementioned systems and to reach clinical manifestations or rather the reach on 95,7% of patients with eczema and on 91,7% - with neurodermit, omnipresence relapses or weaker degree their of displays accordingly on 91,3% and 83,3%.
