Arkhipenko L. Foreign languages borrowing in the Ukrainian Language: stages and steps of adaptation (on materials of Anglicism in press of the end of the XX th ? the beginning of the XXI th century)

Research object: The newest anglitsizmi end ХХ – began ХХІ vv., extracted from the texts of the Ukrainian periodicals and generallinguistic dictionaries of Ukrainian. Research purpose: Development of variant of approaches to differentiation of stages of process of borrowing, determination of degree of adaptation of foreign word in a language and speech and principles of prognostication of his further fate. Research methods: analytical-descriptive, comparative-component, statistical, and also methods of component analysis and questionnaire. Results, novelty consist that: first in home linguistics on the basis of offered by an author approach to determination of stages and degrees of adaptation of the foreign lexical borrowing the features of functioning of the newest anglitsizmov are analysed in Ukrainian and a prognosis in relation to their further lingvalnoy fate is done. Region of the use: Courses of modern Ukrainian the institute of higher, and special courses and scientific seminars, drafting of new editions of dictionaries of foreign words and pursuing a linguistic policy, on borrowing of foreign words in Ukrainian.
