Kucherova M. Prevention of delivery activity weakness

The aim of the investigation is working out, approbating and implementing into practice of deliveryhelping institutions a number of diagnostic and preventive measures favoring the reduction of delivery complication frequency due to delivery activity weakness (DAW). Basing on data of colpomicroscopy of vaginal cervical part of uterus, the results of doplerometric investigation of circulation rate in uterine and spiral arteries conclusions were made as to the state of hemocirculatory homeostasis of uterine - placental complex.The findings of the carried out investigation made it possible to single out the principial prenatal risk factors of occurrence of the hypoxic DAW, to work out the system of determining the degree of probability of developing this anomaly of delivery, to adequately assess the state of blood circulation in the basin of uterine artery, the microcirculatory homeostasis of uterine - placental complex in a group of women with possible development of DAW, the tocographic diagnostics of DAW was improved, the mathematical assessment of uteral disfunction severity was proposed, the main parametres of fetus"biophysical state were studied, their diagnostic and prognostic values in DAW were determined, the results of correcting the disorders in uterus when there was a threat of DAW delivery complications were closely studied.
