Object of research: processes of formation of economic mutual relation in sphere of manufacture, realization and processing sunflower seeds. The purpose of research: development and substantiation of the offers on improvement of economic mutual relation in sphere of manufacture, realization and processing sunflower seeds. Methods: an analytical method of knowledge, abstract - logic, monographic, comparison, lines of dynamics, groupings. Theoretical and practical results: are investigated and the factors influencing a level of a production efficiency sunflower seeds are systematized; the character is analysed and the directions of improvement of the relations of the property, including ground, as bases of rational use of ground and increase of a production efficiency sunflower seeds are considered. The basic ways of development of the integrated forms of organization of manufacture, realization and processing sunflower seeds are determined.
