3. The main mechanism of the spreading on population level of chlamydiosis, mycoplasmosis and genital herpes during 11 years on West Ukrainian had studied. For the first time on this area social-demographic characteristics of defeat sexually transmitted diseases (STD) population, risk territory, groups, time and factors; and tendency of the epidemic process development had determined. Necessity of the renewal of genital herpes as a highest case rate STD had proved. Diseases and agents spectrum among age - specific, sex and behav-ioral groups had characterized. Main behavioral factors that promote of STD spreading among population were detected. Yearly lab check up on STD of the high risk groups had proposed. The prophylactic program must be coverage whole population.
