Usata N. Economic problems of Transport Support of Agricultural Production

Object of Research: organization of transport provision in agricultural enterprises. Purpose of Research: generalization of theoretical fundamentals and modern organizational and economic problems of transport provision for agrarian production and determination of possible ways and methods of their solution. Methods: dialectical method, system approach, monographic, statistical-economic, graphic, correlation-regressive, calculation-prognosis, abstractly-logical, analysis and synthesis, supervision and comparison. Theoretical and practical results: ways of improvement of transport provision in agricultural enterprises and economization use of transport park are substantiated. Scientific novelty: factors and sources of transport provision are systematized in conditions of post-reform development of economy of Ukraine; a minimum technological need of agrarian sector in motor, tractor and carting transport calculated in accordance with forecasted volume of agricultural production; a method and algorithm ofestimation of the use of transport vehicles of agricultural enterprises is improved; the term "transport provision" is designed more exactly as well as; functional dependence between gross production of plant-growing goods and number of trucks proved; methodical fundamentals of improvement of the transport provision for agricultural enterprises, own conceptual approaches of improvement of facilities of partial compensation from state budget of vehicle cost, financial leasing, long-term crediting, proposals concerning market development of transport works and services on the basis of inter-farm co-operation and leasing are definite. Degree of application: the results of research considered and recommended to implementation for the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine, Kagarlyk regional management of agriculture and foodstuffs in Kiev oblast, production co-operative it. Michurin in Zaporozhye oblast. Efficiency: application of research results will promote improvement of the transport provision for agricultural production and increase of efficiency of the use of transport.
