The dissertation is dedicated to the research of structural and communicative parameters of the free television interview genre based on TV live transmitted programs in 2000-2004. The system characteristics of television dialogical speech from the position of text linguistics and discourse analysis are considered in this thesis. Television dialogical speech is qualified as remout, ideologically connected, realized under specific live-studio conditions and directed to an dispersed, numerically indefinable addressee and used by mass media with the purpose of influence on thinking and acting of mass audience. The characteristics of status-role relations between interlocutors in the genre of the free television interview and the speech expression capabilities are researched.
