Savytska O. Principles of the architecturally-planning organization of pocentres.

In the dissertation the complex architecturally planning formations of expocentres is considered at the first time.The basic stages of development of architecture of expocentres are determined. Experience of designing and construction of expocentres as in territory of Ukraine, and abroad is generalized. Social and economic preconditions of formation of expocentres are considered.Features of accommodation of expocentres in large cities are revealed. Requirements of functionally-planning formation of expocentres and flexibility of planning structures of expocentres are determined. On the base of the analysis of functional and town-planning factors of formation of expocentres the basic directions and principles of optimization functional-planning and territorial development of exhibition institutions are also determined.Composite receptions of building of territory, accommodation of separate buildings and their groups on general plans of expocentres are determined.
