In the dissertation the theoretical and methodical problems of marketing activity at the enterprises of Ukraine in a context with the international experience are investigated. The features of marketing researches at the present stage of economic development are opened. The methodical approaches to marketing researches till use of quantitative methods of an estimation of marketing activity, and also developed strategy of development of the enterprise are developed on the basis of complete life cycle of the goods.
